Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online shopping services to you. Agaralo sells products that may include electronics, trading cards, collectibles, home and kitchen products, accessories, and other merchandise. However, colors, packaging, dimensions, appearance, and other product characteristics may vary depending on your device, manufacturer changes, or other factors. Product photographs may be representative images unless the product listing specifically states that the exact item pictured is the item being sold. Prices, descriptions, availability, and quantities may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit the quantities available for purchase when reasonably necessary.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order with Agaralo, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary. This may include situations involving product availability, inventory errors, payment problems, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, listing errors, or violations of purchase limits. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after processing or fulfillment has begun. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

SECTION 4 - TRADING CARDS AND COLLECTIBLES

Trading cards, collectible card game products, sealed products, individual cards, and other collectibles may have special return conditions because of their collectible and condition-sensitive nature. Factory-sealed trading card products that have been opened, unsealed, or materially altered generally cannot be returned except where required by law or otherwise stated in our Return and Refund Policy. Individual trading cards and other condition-sensitive collectibles may be final sale as described in our Return and Refund Policy. If an incorrect product is shipped or an item arrives materially different from its description, please contact Agaralo so we can review the issue. Unless specifically stated in a product listing, Agaralo does not guarantee that an ungraded trading card will receive any particular grade from PSA, Beckett, CGC, or another grading company. Third-party grading decisions are made independently and are outside Agaralo's control. Agaralo does not guarantee pull rates, card rarity, future market value, resale value, or investment performance of trading cards or collectibles.

SECTION 5 - ELECTRONICS

Electronics may be subject to specific return requirements described in our Return and Refund Policy. Where appropriate, Agaralo may record or verify product serial numbers or other identifying information for fraud prevention, order verification, and return processing. Returned electronics must include the applicable components, accessories, cables, manuals, and packaging required under our Return and Refund Policy. Manufacturer warranties, when available, are provided by the applicable manufacturer and are subject to that manufacturer's warranty terms.

SECTION 6 - PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices and promotions may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices displayed on our website are accurate. However, typographical, technical, supplier, or other errors may occasionally occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to correct the error and, when appropriate, cancel the affected order. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded. Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, or other charges that may apply. You agree to provide accurate and current billing, payment, shipping, and account information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided for your purchase.

Shipping and delivery dates provided by Agaralo are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery times may be affected by shipping carriers, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. If your package is lost, damaged, delayed, stolen, or appears to have been misdelivered, please contact Agaralo as soon as possible. We will review available tracking information and assist with eligible carrier claims or other available resolutions in accordance with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, carrier procedures, and applicable law.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged merchandise, and refunds are governed by Agaralo's Return and Refund Policy. Certain products may have different return requirements because of their condition, category, hygiene considerations, collectible nature, or manufacturer restrictions.
