Agaralo Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Agaralo. Please review our return and refund policy below.

General Returns

Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received, including original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and other included materials.

Proof of purchase or an order number may be required.

Please contact us before sending a return. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Trading Cards & Collectibles

Due to the collectible nature of these products, opened trading card products are final sale. This includes opened booster boxes, booster packs, decks, collection boxes, tins, and other sealed collectible products once the manufacturer's seal or original packaging has been opened, removed, or altered.

Individual trading cards and other condition-sensitive collectibles are generally final sale, except when an incorrect item was shipped or the item arrives materially different from its listing or damaged in transit.

Sealed TCG and collectible products may only be eligible for return if they remain unopened and in their original factory-sealed condition.

Electronics

Eligible electronics may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Electronics must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, cables, components, and included items.

Serial numbers and identifying information must match our sales records when applicable. Items showing misuse, physical damage after delivery, missing components, or altered or removed serial numbers may not be eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging when applicable.

If we determine that an eligible item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, return, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including opened trading card products, gift cards, personalized or customized products, and items specifically marked Final Sale.

We may also be unable to accept merchandise that has been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without its original components or packaging.

Return Shipping

For ordinary returns, including change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

If we confirm that Agaralo sent an incorrect item or that an eligible item arrived damaged or defective, Agaralo will provide appropriate return instructions and, when applicable, cover reasonable return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning merchandise. Agaralo is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged while being shipped back to us when shipping was arranged by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Agaralo or as otherwise required by law.

Cancellations

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests submitted before an order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, we may be unable to cancel it.
